I want to take you to Italy one region at a time!  Italy is divided into twenty regions, each with its own unique traditions and customs.  Local cooking preferences are shaped by geography, history, and climate.  Italian food is so diverse that dishes vary from town to town.  I am beyond thrilled that I have this opportunity to share Italy with you!
